I always enjoy a post where I actually learn something. I read the one before in this style and it struck me as kinda ludicrous at first, but then I saw how empowering it could be to someone with, say, oh, writer’s block? haha .. thanks for the inspiration.

I know what you mean by the sun damage. I know I suffer from some. I probably haven’t “tanned” per se in years and years, but living in Arizona, even with sunblock and hats, sun manages to get in. I used to smoke. Quit about 3 years ago. So, I can’t say one little itty bitty word about smoker’s. I used to be one. And though i’m thrilled I no longer smoke, I miss it sometimes. Not the actual cigarette’s so much as the habit of it. The calming effect it seemed to have when I’d had a rough day.
